If you already have a Planning Center account, please log in before signing up. Login information, as well as the initial questions, are about YOU, the adult, and then we collect the child's information, after you select them as attendee(s). There is no need to provide phone, email or address a second time if the child has the same information as you. Please do provide it, if it's different from your own.

This registration is for the after-school program at Lycoming Valley Intermediate School.

START DATE: October 30th, meeting every Thursday school is in session through April
PICK-UP TIME: 4:30PM
